Learning Resource Center
The primary objective of Library is to support the educational and research activities for the development of the Institute, society as well as the Nation. Learning Resource Center, AIIMS Nagpur is providing an environment to its users to develop his/her knowledge & skills through library resources & facilities that are par with international standards.
The fully centralized airconditioned library spans a total covered area of 2546 Sq. M. (G+2 Building). The WI-FI enabled library complex supports e-learning. Group Study Room, Mini Conference Room, and Computer Facility with internet are the additional infrastructural facilities available in the library complex.
The library has been automated with KOHA library management system for its day-to-day activities. The RFID tagged book issue enables round the clock book return through drop box facility.
Presently 3300 (approx) books encompassing all medical specialties are available for the use of students and facilities. Learning Resource Center is working on digital library content acquisition.
