The department is running outpatient, inpatient, and operative services for patients with various musculoskeletal illnesses. The OPD runs daily on the second floor of the OPD block and caters to an average of 220 patients per day. 
Three specialty clinics are functional  

• Arthritis& Joint replacement,
• Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Clinic
• Spine Clinic 

Conservative management of various fractures and dislocations is being done by means of plaster application in the plaster and dressing room of the OPD. 
Apart from fracture fixation surgeries, Joint Replacement, arthroscopy surgeries, deformity correction, and tumour surgeries are performed in the department are performed Besides, we have also a regenerative medicine laboratory available for the preparation and administration of PRP for diseases including plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and knee osteoarthritis. 
The department is also assisted by the well-equipped Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department which is providing all kinds of pain-relieving therapies and muscle strengthening exercises. They also have experienced physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
