To increase the scope of neurosurgeries, like endoscopic surgery, stereotactic and functional neurosurgeries, DBS, epilepsy surgeries and minimally invasive spine surgeries
To increase neurosurgical beds/make separate neurosurgical ward
To make a dedicated Neurosurgical ICU and neurotrauma ICU with minimum bed strength of 25 beds each, which will help cater to more neurosurgical cases in a more streamlined manner.
